General rental conditions

As soon as you agree, we will send you a rental confirmation or a confirmation email and we will ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the rental amount by cheque, bank card, bank transfer or Paypal. This deposit is retained and non-refundable if a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date.

An inventory of equipment will be made on arrival and departure. The balance must be paid within 30 days before the arrival date, minus the deposit previously received.

We do our best to give you the keys of a clean villa in good condition. On your departure, we ask you to return it clean and tidy, the floor swept, and the rubbish thrown away.

Please inform us of any malfunctioning appliances or anomalies that you may notice.

  • Check-in: 3 pm – 6.30 pm
  • Check-out: 10am maximum

The supervision of children is the sole responsibility of the parents. Maranatha Porto Vecchio SAS declines all responsibility in case of an accident.

Pets are tolerated for a fee of 7 to 10 euros per day. Dogs must be kept on a leash in the common areas.

The garden and the beach are left under everyone’s care. It is expressly requested not to pick flowers and fruits. Do not leave any papers lying around.

We ask you to be very careful with fire. Only charcoal is allowed for barbecuing. Please also be very careful with cigarettes outside the immediate vicinity of the buildings.

Naturism is not accepted.

For everyone’s quiet, we ask you to avoid noise from 10.30 pm to 8 am.

Cancellation conditions:

  • more than 30 days before the arrival date, we refund the deposit
  • Between 30 days and 15 days before arrival: the deposit is retained
  • Less than 15 days before arrival: the total amount of the rental is due.

SAS Maranatha Porto Vecchio will only be committed at the reception of a payment of 30% of the stay, as a deposit.
